surprisingly charming!
convenient location ample choices excellent comfort
the hotel's location proved very convenient. a metro station was easily accessible for city exploration. i found several coffee shops nearby, offering ample breakfast choices. the bed provided excellent comfort, ensuring restful sleep.
the elevator operation seemed somewhat unpredictable. there were occasional delays and unusual noises.

staff members were helpful. a lady at the counter aided greatly by contacting a taxi driver to retrieve my lost phone. i am grateful for her assistance during that stressful situation.

Fantastic stay!
fresh food great team
The breakfast had a great selection of fresh food, including sweet and savory options, AND really good coffee. My room was spotlessly clean every single day thanks to the AMAZING housekeeping team. Fresh towels and a perfectly made bed were provided! The location is also great.
The staff was professional, but not always smiling, which could have improved the overall atmosphere.

The reception staff provided helpful advice and were very friendly during check-in. They assisted with directions to local attractions and offered recommendations for nearby restaurants and the luggage hold was smooth. They ensured a smooth and pleasant arrival experience.

mixed feelings about this stay
thin walls noisy air conditioning
The room i had felt pretty outdated. the walls seemed thin because i could easily hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. this made it difficult to relax or sleep well. also, the air conditioning made a lot of noise. It was quite disruptive.

the room had a safe for valuables, convenient. i found the fridge in the room useful for keeping drinks cold. the breakfast buffet included fresh fruit and pastries.
